Give you design ideas or ask us to design for yours,  Then we do the artwork with the price quotation. Secondly approve the artwork and send the money to us, then we do the mold and send you the sample for your approve, comfirm the sample, wait some days,you get your products.

All vector files must be in AI or EPS format with the font converted to path,  And all bitmap files must be in EPS or JPG format with resolution greater than 600 DPI in the original size, and CMYK Color mode. 

Remarks:

Metals cloisons separating different colours should be no smaller than 0.7mm

Metal cloisons separating areas of the same colour should be no smaller than 0.5mm

Coloured area should be no smaller than 2mm Square

For Print process,  the higher resolutions file you offer,  the better products result we can offer.

To have the best print result, strongely suggest the resolution of your image above 600DPI

It depends of the artwork. The artwork will define which process will best fit your inquiry between "Printing" and "Embossing". According to the artwork, and your budget we will then be able to make our best recommendation.

"Cloisonne" is the technical term that designates items with metal borders. In fact, these borders are of major importance in the process. These borders have the purpose of separating each single-coloured zone. Before enamelling, these borders constitute the cavities that need to be filled out with different colour enamel.

The two processes are used for different purposes; Silkscreen will be used for artworks with non-gradient printing, while Offset printing will be used for artwork with gradient colors printing (example: a photo picture). The painting colours used for Silkscreen printing is thicker than the one used for Offset printing. Offset printing uses painting colours that are more liquid to get thinner grain and detailed definition.
